So we route this to the right desk and quote at the right level.

2 · What you print on

Printer model drives parts fitment and, for filament, whether a grade is even viable on your fleet.

3 · What you need

Volume changes the price tier and the factory we route to — a 12 kg trial and a 2 tonne annual commitment are different conversations.

4 · Documentation and compliance

This narrows the viable factory list more than anything else on this form. Answering it now avoids discovering a problem after samples.

What happens next

We come back with factory options, indicative pricing at your volume, lead time and what documentation is actually obtainable for those SKUs. Typical reply within one business day.

What we will not do

Quote a price we cannot hold, or promise documentation we have not confirmed exists. If your requirement cannot be met at your volume, we will say so rather than let you find out after sampling.
